HIGH TEMPERATURE GLASSWASHER WITH A STEAM ELIMINATION AND ENERGY RECOVERY SYSTEM

Jackson Warewashing Systems will introduce a high temperature addition to their Delta® glasswasher series. The Delta HT-E-SEER uses hot water to wash and sanitize glassware, and the result is exceptional cleaning performance that effectively removes lipstick from glassware. Unlike chemical sanitizing glasswashers that rely on a chlorine sanitizer, the Delta HT-E-SEER sanitizes with 180°F rinse water so there is no chemical residue left on the glassware.

Best of all, the Steam Elimination and Energy Recovery System (SEER) allows for installation at the bar. SEER collects the hot water vapor generated during the wash and rinse cycles and uses it to preheat the incoming rinse water. This allows the machine to operate from a cold water supply only, saving energy and reducing steam to improve the operator’s experience.
